HOUE's choice of linoleum for the tabletop is because linoleum is a natural material that has been used in design for decades, not to be confused with vinyl and PVC substitutes. It is one of the most environmentally sustainable and durable options for tabletops providing a warm, hard wearing matt finish available in a range of colours.
Furniture-grade natural linoleum is made from linseed oil, pine rosin, wood dust, cork dust, and mineral fillers. In addition to being beautiful, it's environmentally sustainable, extremely durable, withstanding heavy traffic and scratches, and lasts for decades and is easy to care for.
