An update to Shop Your Home & Garden

We want to thank you, our amazing customers and sellers, who have been a part of the Shop Your Home & Garden journey over the past two years. Our team have loved bringing you beautiful homewares from Kiwi makers and creators.

We are pausing the store over the summer break and looking to focus on a refreshed offering for the Shop, including easier onboarding and more flexible shipping options.

As of 27th December 2024, we will not be taking any more orders here. Please refer to our FAQs below for customer and seller-specific questions. While we are closing our doors for now, we are excited to bring you our new opportunities in the future.

What about my order I’ve just placed?

All orders up until 27th December 2024 will be processed as normal and you will receive your tracking information once the seller has dispatched your order. If you have any questions about order changes or returns, please refer to our FAQs.

What is my Returns Policy?

Our 30 day returns policy remains the same as it always was. You have a 30-day window from the date of receipt to return any item for any reason*. In case of a faulty item, we'll either need photo evidence or we'll provide you with a prepaid return package to send it back to the seller. See FAQs for more detail.

Seller Enquires

What does this mean for me as a seller?

As of 27th December 2024, we will no longer be taking any customer orders on the Your Home and Garden platform. However, the Seller Admin Portal remains live till 15th February so that you can continue to ship any remaining orders or download your billing/order information.

All orders shipped before 30th December 2024 will be paid by 15th January 2025.
